About the Internship
As an Admin Intern at FiftySeven, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing emails and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
2. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while coordinating with team members.
3. Utilizing MS-Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
4. Organizing tasks and projects using Notion for an efficient workflow.
5. Collaborating on documents and spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
6. Assisting in general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining files, lists, etc.
7. Providing support to team members as needed to ensure the work runs smoothly and efficiently.
8. Conducting the recruitment process.
9. Handling task reminders, follow-ups via call/email/chat.
10. Booking & managing any travel & stay requirements of the team as needed.
