The candidate must carefully check the eligibility criteria before applying for CUSAT CAT 2023.
General Eligibility Conditions:
- The candidate must have passed class 12th from the state board or any recognized board or university.
- The candidate must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 50% in mathematics individually as well.
Specific Eligibility Conditions:
B.Tech in Marine Engineering
- The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% with PCM and English as a compulsory subject
- The candidate must have scored at least a 50%in English as well.This condition applies to candidates belonging to SC/ST as well.
- The candidate must carry a medical fitness certificate obtained from Medical examiners approved by DG Shipping.They must fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Government of India as well.
- Diploma holders are not eligible to apply.
B.Tech iInstrumentationon Technology
- The candidate must have secured a total aggregate of at least 55% with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics.
B.Tech in Naval Architecture and Ship Building
- The candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying exam.
- The candidate should have had at least 50% individually in Mathematics.
