Admission Procedure
- Candidates with at least 50% marks either in Bachelor's degree and/or in Master's degree in Sciences/Commerce/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission.
- The reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rates of Central/State Govt. whichever is applicable.
- Prospectus and Application form may be obtained from the college office, Karmatand, Bokaro Personally on all working days between 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on payment of Rs. 750/- only. Or else download application form and duly filled form should reach college office before last date date along with demand draft of Rs. 750/- ; DD should be in favor of S.V.T.T.C. college, Karmatand payable at SBI Chandrapura Branch.
- Candidates are required to enclose along with their application an affidavit sworn before a Notary Public that all information given by them are true.
- Application not accompanied with requisite documents/enclosures or received after the last date shall be rejected.
- No refund of fees will be made on withdrawal of admission under any circumstances.
- In case the candidate fails to submit the required documents ,admission shall be treated as cancelled and no request for refun of fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
- If the applicant is employed, employer's no objection certificate (with report of one year) must be submitted at the time of admission.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
- A self attested photocopy of the matriculation certificate showing date of birth of the candidates.
- Mark sheets from matriculation up to the last acquired degree(self attested) .
- College leaving certificate (original) from the institution last attended.
- Cast certificate (for SC/ST/BC/OBC).
- Migration certificate (Original) if the candidate has passed the last examination from a university other than Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribag.
- Three copies of recent passport size photographs.
- NCC/Sport/Physically Handicapped certificate if any.
