It begins with the S-BAT (Stride Business Aptitude Test), which carries an exam fee of 1,000 and evaluates a candidate’s logical reasoning and business intuition. This 90-minute assessment consists of 50 questions across three key sections: Verbal and Logical Reasoning (15 questions), Quantitative Ability (15 questions), and AI and Business Thinking (20 questions). Following the assessment, shortlisted individuals participate in a personal interview with industry experts to gauge their curiosity and professional intent.
