The establishment of St. Francis Institute of Technology, Mumbai took place in the academic year of 1999 as an engineering college. The primary aim of establishing the institute was to fulfill the need of an Institute of Excellence for students coming from different segments of society.   • Admission to B. E. requires a pass in senior secondary school securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
