Sir Parashurambhau College (S.P. College) is a college in Pune, Maharashtra, India that is autonomous (as of 2019). Founded in 1916 as New Poona College by British Governor Lord Willingdon, the college was renamed Sir Parashurambhau College in honor of the then-ruler of Jamkhandi State, who gave $200,000 in remembrance of his father, Parashurambhau Patwardhan. Admission to the B.A. and B.Com programs is based on the student’s performance in the prior qualifying examination, i.e. the 10+2 level examination. Candidates for admission to B.Sc. degrees are shortlisted based on their merit as determined by their 10+2 exam results and invited to the counseling rounds. Admissions to B.B.A. programs are based on a standardized entrance test administered by the University of Pune.Admission to the M.Sc.

Postgraduate courses at SP College include M.A., M.Sc., and M.Com. The postgraduate-level courses are all two years long. The M.A. program offers six distinct specialty subjects, whilst the M.Sc. program offers five different specialization subjects. Admission to the M.Sc. Computer Science and M.C.A. programs are dependent on candidates’ performance in a separate entrance test administered by the Department of Computer Science. The subject was Political Science and The college is affiliated with the Pune University and last year in 2017 I have passed out and there is a direct entrance test and there are education and fest which are the best one here.
