Sengunthar Arts and Science College, or SASC, was created in 1991 by Sengunthar Education Trust. It is a pioneering, self-financing, co-educational institution located in the beautiful verdant environs of Tiruchengode. It was once associated with the University of Madras, but is currently affiliated with Periyar University in Salem. The institution covers 22.5 acres of land and has a built-in space of 2,20,000 square feet.
