The admission procedure of Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur varies from one program to another. The institute offers application for admission to its various programs offered at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The institute offers B. Tech program at the undergraduate and under several specializations thus creating a pool of options for students to choose from.
- In order to take admission to B. Tech program offered by the institute, candidates must have completed senior secondary school in Science stream from a recognized board.
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in JEE Main and REAP entrance examinations conducted for admission to B. Tech.

Admission to B. Tech/ B. E. at RIET Jaipur
RIET Jaipur Courses include B. Tech program offered at the undergraduate level under seven different specializations. The duration of B. Tech program is four years.
- Admission to the program is done based on candidates’ performance in JEE Main and NATA entrance examinations conducted at the national level.

Admission to M. Tech at RIET Jaipur
The institute offers M. Tech program at the postgraduate level and there are six specializations under which this program is offered. The duration of M. Tech program is 2 years.
- Admission to the M. Tech program is done based on candidates’ performance in GATE Exam conducted at the national level.
Eligibility
For admission to M. Tech, candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field securing at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of reserved categories) in aggregate from a recognized university.

Admission to MBA and MCA at RIET Jaipur
RIET Jaipur offers MBA and MCA programs at the postgraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to MBA program must have qualified CAT, MAT, or CMAT entrance examination with a valid score.
- For admission to MCA program, candidates must possess a valid score in RMCAAT entrance examination.
Eligibility
- Candidates seeking admission to MBA program must possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream securing at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
- Candidates seeking admission to MCA program must possess a bachelor’s degree with Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Engineering and Technology as one of the compulsory subjects. They must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate which is 45% for reserved categories and candidates in the final year of their graduation also stand eligible to apply for admission to MCA program.

How to Apply for B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA, and MCA Programs at RIET Jaipur?
Candidates seeking admission to any of the B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA, and MCA programs offered by the institute must follow the below mentioned steps in order to register themselves for admission:
- Candidates can obtain the application form through both online or offline more.
- They must process the payment of INR 1000 as application fee.
- In case of online application mode, candidates must visit the official website of RIET Jaipur i.e. www.rietjaipur.ac.in and fill the application form.
- They must process the payment of application fee through any online mode of payment and submit all the necessary documents.
- The admission fee must also be paid, and the amount is INR 10,000 which is refundable.
Admission to Ph. D. at RIET Jaipur
The institute offers Ph. D. program at the doctorate level that too under three different specializations.
- Candidates with a valid score in RTU-DAT are shortlisted for admission to the Ph. D. program.
