The students call it the God’s own campus and the world outside knows it as NITIE. NITIE is unique as it intakes students for 5 PG courses from the two most competitive exams of the country namely, CAT and GATE. Primarily known as mecca of supply chain NITIE offers students to pursue careers in different sectors : FMCG, E-Commerce, Management Consulting, BFSI, Manufacturing, Information Technology etc.

National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) reinforced its position as one of the leading business school by achieving stellar placements for the batch of 2014-16 in record time. In line with the summer placements, this year has seen a substantial increase in the number of first-time recruiters visiting the campus. The average compensation has also increased by 17% over the previous year. A wide spectrum of 115 companies from different sectors ranging from FMCG, Manufacturing to Finance, E-Commerce and Consulting participated in the process. Giants of the industry from various sectors have reposed their confidence in the quality and calibre of students from NITIE.

I was an old alumnus of this college because I have completed my Mtech in the Industrial Engineering from this college in 1988 means it is been 30 years since I have completed post graduation so I remember less but I can say that I enjoyed very well. I have given the GATE Entrance examination for admission.
