Overview 0.5/5

I got this college by fluke despite not putting it in my List of Colleges since it is so insignificant. $As a former student of MKES College of Law, it is with great disappointment that I write this review. My time at this institution was marred by unethical practices and a lack of academic integrity. One of the most glaring issues at MKES College of Law is the exorbitant fees they charge, coupled with their refusal to provide full refunds when requested. Many students, including myself, have been wrongfully coerced into paying excessive amounts only to be denied proper reimbursement when dissatisfied with the services provided. Moreover, the college has a history of deceitful practices, such as fabricating excursions to Taloja Jail under the guise of academic assessment. These outings were falsely presented as integral parts of our curriculum, solely to appease inspection authorities. This blatant manipulation of students for institutional gain is reprehensible. During the NAAC certification process, students were compelled to attend a Google Meet session where we were explicitly instructed to leave positive reviews on survey forms. This coercive behavior not only undermines the credibility of the institution but also violates ethical standards of academic evaluation. Furthermore, MKES College of Law fosters a morally orthodox and conservative environment where students, particularly female ones, are unjustly judged based on their attire. The administration’s enforcement of dress codes reflects outdated ideologies, as evidenced by incidents where students were reprimanded for wearing perfectly respectable attire. Despite boasting a moot court, the college fails to provide adequate training in this essential aspect of legal education. Assignments and practical training tasks are archaically handwritten, lacking the sophistication and analytical rigor expected in a digital age. Comparing the quality of education at MKES College of Law to international standards, particularly in my case, studying for a Master’s degree in the UK, reveals a stark disparity. Assignments lack critical analysis and are often mere regurgitations of existing material, devoid of original thought. Furthermore, the conduct of certain faculty members is highly unprofessional, with some resorting to taunts and intimidation akin to primary school teachers rather than respected educators. In conclusion, MKES College of Law’s claim to provide legal education is marred by its unethical practices and disregard for academic standards. It is not only disappointing but also concerning that an institution entrusted with shaping future legal professionals engages in such unlawful and immoral behavior. Prospective students beware: what this college offers falls far short of its purported mission.
