’LNML Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies’ is an institute affiliated to Mumbai University and is under the purview of Labour Ministry of Government of Maharashtra. It provides a 2 years full time post graduate degree ’Masters in Labour Studies’, an equivalent course to MBA (HR) with an excellent touch of Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare. Also it provides a 9 months course ’Diploma in Trade Unionism and Industrial Relations’. This institute has given great professional currently working at top positions in various corporates and industries. Per year intake is of 52± and the admissions are done on the basis of entrance test followed by Group discussion and Personal interview. The institute gives huge return on investment as the fees are very nominal (~15k per year). Institute also provides Hostel accommodation for 25± students. It’s a great institute to get in and to bridge a gap between campus to corporate.
