Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhubaneswar, also referred as IHM Bhubaneswar is an autonomous institution that comes under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. It began as Food Craft Institute in 1973 and later turned into “State Institute of Hotel Management, finally in 1984 it was renamed with its current name. IHM Bhubaneswar offers diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in hotel and hospitality management. It is approved by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT).
