- Highlights- The placement process at ISDM is essentially student-centric. The information that the students share in conversations with the Placement team all round the year helps the team understand their preferences and the type of roles and organisations that they are most inclined towards. Additionally, during the placement process, students are supported, guided and enabled till the end to apply for roles that resonate the most with them. This 'reverse' process is what makes the placements at ISDM unique.

Merit-based scholarships
a. Full Merit Scholarship
The Full Merit Scholarship is a prestigious award given to candidates who demonstrate exceptional scholastic performance. This scholarship fully waives the entire tuition fee of ₹7.5 lakh, offering a unique opportunity to pursue your dreams without the burden of financial constraints.
Eligibility: Combined Score in School boards 190/200 (95%) or higher – ₹ 7.5 lakh
b. Partial Merit Scholarship
The Partial Merit Scholarship recognises exceptional candidates who demonstrate excellence in their academics. This scholarship partially waives the tuition fee, depending on the candidate's academic scores in the 10th & 12th board exams, making the program more accessible while rewarding outstanding achievement.
Eligibility:
- Combined Score in School boards 176/200 (88%) or higher — ₹4 lakh
- Combined Score in School boards 160/200 (80%) or higher — ₹3 lakh
Need-based scholarships
a. Full Need Scholarship
The Full Need Scholarship is awarded to deserving candidates who show extreme financial need. These scholarships are assessed based on the Effective Annual Income, which is the three-year average of a candidate's Annual Parental Income and, if applicable, 30% of their Annual Self Income (for candidates with 4 years or more of work experience).
Eligibility: Effective Annual Income of ₹2.5 lakh or less — ₹7.5 lakh
b. Partial Need Scholarship
The Partial Need Scholarship is aimed at candidates who demonstrate significant to extreme financial need, providing a tuition fee waiver of ₹4 lakh. This helps ease the financial burden for candidates whose Effective Annual Income is within the specified range, allowing them to pursue their studies with less worry.
Eligibility: Effective Annual Income of ₹5 lakh or less — ₹4 lakh
Merit-cum-Need Scholarship
The Merit-cum-Need Scholarship recognizes candidates who embody both scholastic merit and financial need. This unique scholarship partially waives tuition fees by ₹5 lakh, helping deserving candidates pursue their aspirations in the development sector without financial constraints.
Eligibility:
Merit – Combined School Score of 160/200 (80%) or higher.
Need – Effective Annual Income of ₹ 8 lakh or less.
Candidate must qualify for both of the above criteria — ₹5 lakh
Discretionary Scholarship
The Discretionary Scholarship is designed to support students who demonstrate exceptional potential for impactful contributions to the social sector. This scholarship partially waives tuition fees by ₹2.5 lakh, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder passionate individuals from joining ISDM's transformative program.
Eligibility: Candidates are assessed for their potential to contribute to the social sector, as demonstrated throughout the Admissions process.
Deferred Payment Option
The Deferred Payment Option is designed to make quality education accessible to deserving candidates who demonstrate the intent and potential to join ISDM. This option allows candidates to defer payment of up to ₹3 lakh, interest-free, providing the financial flexibility needed to pursue their aspirations.
Eligibility: Candidates are assessed throughout the Admissions process, and applications are considered based on the candidate’s financial needs and overall suitability.
