Latest Updates at IIM Ranchi Placements: IIM Ranchi’s placements 2023 were completely filled as 399 students received job offers from the 124 top recruiters who participated in the placement drive. The highest package, worth INR 67 LPA (International), was provided by IIM Ranchi, while the average package cost INR 17.3 LPA. The median salary at IIM Ranchi was INR 16.5 LPA.
IIM Ranchi placements saw an increase in the number of firms visiting the campus by 62.3% and a 7.2% increase in the average CTC offered, highlighting the students’ potential once more. The 2023 batch at IIM Ranchi was the biggest MBA class to date, with over 399 students obtaining offers from over 124 domestic and foreign businesses. The highest package was up to Rs 67 lakhs per year, with the average salary provided to students being around Rs 17.9 lakhs annually. The top 10% of the IIM Ranchi MBA batch received salaries on average of Rs 29.5 LPA. Leading employers for the institute include Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and Amazon. Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC have been the top employers this year.

The highest salaries are received by MBA-HR and MBA-BA students at IIM Ranchi, at INR 32.2 LPA and INR 22.3 LPA, respectively. While 35 students in the MBA-BA batch received offers from 25, 69 students in the MBA-HR batch received offers from 29 top recruiters. For the class of 2023, IIM Ranchi summer internship has the highest package of INR 3.50 lakhs, while the median and average stipends were INR 80 Lakhs and INR 1 Lakhs, respectively.
