Latest Updates at IIM Lucknow Placements: The Highest CTC at IIM Lucknow Placements 2023 went up to 55 LPA. at IIM Lucknow specifics for the year 2023 have yet to be released. Although, we have the summer placement report for the class of 2022–24 available that was released by the IIM Lucknow placement cell.
- During the IIM Lucknow summer placements for the 2022–24 batch, more than 185 recruiters visited the campus and a total of 570 job offers were made. In addition, the highest and average monthly stipends for the IIM Lucknow summer placements were INR 3.50 lakh and INR 1.41 lakh, respectively.
- 298 students received stipends totaling more than INR 1.50 lakh per month.

- Average monthly stipends for the top 10%, top 25%, and top 50% of students were Rs 2.25 lakhs, Rs 2.08 lakhs, and Rs 1.77 lakhs, respectively.
- The highest international salary in 2023 Placement has increased to Rs.65 LPA from Rs.61.59 LPA the previous year.
- A total of 632 job offers were made to 556 students by 200 top recruiters.
- Accenture, Deloitte, BCG, PwC, and McKinsey were the top recruiters, with 122 offers.
- Among the top recruiters were Aditya Birla Group, Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey, Microsoft, PwC, ITC, and HUL.
IIM Lucknow (Indian Institute of Management Lucknow) has achieved 100% placements, with the highest domestic offer of Rs 3.5 lakh a month. In the IIM Lucknow summer placements for the 2023-2025 cycle, the 39th batch of Post Graduate Program (PGP) students and the 20th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students received 576 offers.

According to the 2023 placement report from IIM Lucknow, their PGP batch received the highest package of INR 1 Crore. The median package was INR 30.00 lakhs, while the batch average was INR 32.20 lakhs. A total of 632 offers were given to 556 students.
