Latest Updates: IIM Calcutta Placements 2023 is concluded with 100% placements & 573 offers from 190 recruiters. IIM Calcutta Highest Package stood at INR 1.15 CPA & the IIM Calcutta Average Package increased by 2.5% to INR 35.07 LPA. IIM Calcutta Summer Internship Placements 2025 is also concluded with 513 offers & an average stipend of INR 1.65 Lakhs & the highest stipend of INR 3.75 Lakhs.
IIM Calcutta Placements 2023 final report is released. According to the report, IIM Calcutta highest package stood at INR 1.15 LPA wheras IIM Calcutta average package increased by 2.5% at INR 35.07 LPA. The Cluster 1 witnessed 266 offers & Cluster 2 witnessed 253 offers. The highest number of offers came from the Consulting domain (40.5%). IIM Calcutta Placements 2023 had a participation of 39 first-time recruiters. Some of the top recruiters that visited IIM Calcutta campus were Avendus Capital, Citi Bank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, etc.
IIM Calcutta Summer Internship Placements 2024 is concluded. IIM Calcutta Average Stipend stood at INR 1.59 lakhs while the median stipend stood at INR 1.5 Lakhs. Most of the internship offers were made from the Consulting and Finance sectors, with the IIM Calcutta Top Recruiters being Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co, BCG, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Macquarie Group, etc.

Big names like Avendus Capital, Citi Bank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., Boston Consulting Group, Ernst and Young, Mastercard, McKinsey & Co, and many others were among the top recruiters.
In the second group (Cluster 2), approximately 65 recruiters visited IIM Calcutta from various areas like Conglomerates, E-Commerce, FMCG, and Fintech, providing 253 offers. Notable recruiters in this cluster included Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, Arteria, Capital One, DTDC, Google, Hindustan Unilever, Media.Net, Microsoft, Nestle, Proctor & Gamble, Tata Administrative Services, Salesforce, Samsung, among others.

I don’t think that IIM needs any Type of Introduction It is the best management college in entire India and I have done 1-year executive hr course from this college and for that the eligibility criteria is that Minimum percentage should be 85% in the entrance exam and there is one more eligibility that students should have working experience of minimum 2 years and as for the proof they have to submit the salary slip and company letter I cannot tell the Fees structure of the college right now Although there are great Placements in the IIM, But for this course, there are no placements in this college.
