IIITDM Kancheepuram Admissions 2024
The IIITDM Kancheepuram admissions for B.Tech and M.Tech depends upon the marks obtained in JEE Mains and GATE, respectively. IIITDM Kancheepuram offers a dual degree of B.Tech+M.Tech of 5 years duration. The admission to these degrees depends on the JEE Main ranks and candidates should also have completed their 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as subjects, from a recognized board.

How to Apply?
- For B.Tech: To apply to the B.Tech course, candidates should appear for the JEE Main exam and based on their scores, they will be asked to participate in JoSAA counseling. Candidates can apply for the JEE Mains exam through the website of the National Test Agency (www.nta.ac.in). The application fee is INR 1000 for male candidates and INR 800 for female candidates.
- For M.Tech: To apply to the B.Tech course, candidates should appear for the GATE exam and based on their scores, they will be asked to participate in counseling at IIIT DM Kancheepuram. Candidates can apply for the GATE exam through their official website (www.gate2024.iisc.ac.in).
- For M.Des: To apply to the M.Des course, candidates should appear for the CEED exam and register for the same through its official website.
- For PhD: To apply for PhD, candidates can directly visit the institute's official website (www.iiitdm.ac.in), click on the online application portal under the announcement section, and register. Next, they can login and fill out the application form, and pay the fee to complete the application process.

Placement: The placements are very good, more then 75 percent of the final year students have got the placments after the 1st semester of the first year,and also overall package of salary is very good.
