Gopinathrao Pandurang Munde (12 December 1949 - 3 June 2014) was an Indian politician from Maharashtra. He was a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Union Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in Narendra Modi's Cabinet, which, however, was short-lived due to his death in a road accident.
Sushilkumar Sambhajirao Shinde (born 4 September 1941; Solapur, Maharashtra) is an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra. He was the Minister of Home Affairs in the Manmohan Singh government, and the Leader of the house in Lok Sabha until May 26, 2014. He previously served as the Chief Minister of the state of Maharashtra during 18 January 2003 to October 2004.

Vilasrao Deshmukh was a Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha, India. He was a member of Rajya Sabha representing Maharashtra. Vilasrao Deshmukh was two-time Chief Minister of Maharashtra, from 1999 to 2003 and from 2004 to 2008. He was a member of the Indian National Congress and originally belonged to Latur district in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra.
