Institute of Hotel Management – Bhopal or IHM Bhopal was initially established in 1978 as a Food Craft Institute to preach food science and culinary subjects. In 1986, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India granted IHM Bhopal the status of full-fledged institute.
It is an ISO 9001-2015 certified institute that educates students in disciplines such as Hospitality Management, Applied Nutrition and Catering Technology. It offers both undergraduate as well as certification courses. The Institute carefully follows merit-based process of admission. Applicants who wish to get admission to the programs offered by the institute must show up and clear the NCHMCT, JEE selection tests directed by the NCHMCT Committee.
Application Procedure
- Applicants applying for the JEE can either apply in on the web or disconnected mode.
- Application structures and leaflets will be accessible at the grounds. Competitors need to fill in the structure, append their archives and send the structure to the NCHMCT office.
- The application fee for filling the application form is INR 900 (INR 800 for online applications) for General/OBC classes and INR 450 (INR 400 for online applications) for SC/ST/PwD competitors.
- Competitors applying on the web can pay enrollment expenses through credit/check cards or net financial techniques.
- Up-and-comers shortlisted in the JEE test will be required a guiding meeting to be held in New Delhi.

Hotel management in Bhopal
Faculty: They are the best part of the college they are motivators and supporters
Placement: This was the only drawback in the college that in my time they had no replacements but now I can’t tell much
College: This college takes students on the result of the NCHMCT JEE because it is affiliated with the National Institute of Hotel Management and Catering which is also in Delhi and the fee is charged here on an annual basis which is Rs 70,000 per year and I have passed in 2015 and that is why I am not aware of current fee structure
