Heeralal Yadav Law College was established in 2004 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by the well-known socialist and politician, Late Shri Heeralal Yadav. The college is approved and recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. It is affiliated to Lucknow University, Lucknow. The college is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). 

The college offers two courses in the field of law. Both courses are offered at the UG level which includes an LLB program of 3 years and a BA LLB program of 5 years.
