PUMBA Placement 2024 Final Report is expected to be released soon. Currently, the placements are underway. However, it has already released the PUMBA Final Placement Report for 2023. Candidates can check the placement details such as Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters, Placement rates, and more.
About: PUMBA Pune has started the Placement drive for the MBA batch 2022-24. The Final Placement Report 2022-24 is expected to be released in June 2024. Earlier, the PUMBA placements in 2023 had successfully concluded with a placement rate of 93.06%. During the drive, 173 candidates registered for the campus placements, out of which, 161 were selected. There has been seen an increment in the highest and average package, compared to the previous year. In 2023, PUMBA’s Highest Package was Rs. 18.97 LPA, which was Rs. 18 LPA in 2022. A growth of 5 % can be seen in the Highest Package compared to the package in 2022.
PUMBA Average Package stood at Rs. 8.75 LPA which was Rs. 8.10 LPA in 2022. PUMBA has also seen an increment in the Average package of the top 50% from Rs. 9.50 LPA in 2022 to Rs. 10.17 LPA in 2023. Top recruiters such as TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, EY, HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank, Infosys, KPMG, MRF, etc. visited for the campus placement and offered 167 Job opportunities.

Placement: Placement cell is student driven initiative without any college support. Different visits are done by members though out India to advertise the college and bring lots of company for placements. Summer placements is pathetic and one should not be dependent on college for the same. Final placement is decent.
