Placement: You get the best opportunity in the Hotel Industry as this college is Asia’s Best Institute
Faculty: Chef Rajesh Gupta is my favourite teacher in Culinary Academy as he has the best ways of teaching, friendly and very supportive.
College: The college has all facilities for culinary education and has the best staff. Makes the students disciplined and makes them ready for the complete journey in this industry.
Exam: You will have a written test, a Group discussion with the fellow students and then a personal Interview with Mr. Sudhakar.

The college is excellent for a person who has a passion for food. This college is all about how a Chef should be.
Placement: College is always there to help you with your internship and job placement. 100% placement guarantee is provided by the college . They also provide the best brands on Land as well as on Sea
Faculty: I believe each faculty has their own way of teaching style and different approach plus their area of specialization.
College: This college all about being a Chef. A person who has a passion for Food and the fields related to it should be here. I have learnt a lot of life lessons. I am thankful that i am a part of this Institute

Best College To Study along with Personal Development
Placement: Internships selection process starts from year 2 and companies like TAJ, HILTON, LEELA , MARRIOTT ,MANY MORE hire students and train them for 4 months staright.
Faculty: Faculty in the 1st year teaches and grooms students and make them mentally aware and fit for the comming internships and culinary industry.
Authentic reciepes are taught and repeated several times to understand the product and the faults too.
College: Infrastructure of CAI is one of the best I have seen compared to other hotel management colleges. It has various restaurants for students to practice service and management, front office labs, housekeeping labs, kitchens with up to date technologies Recruiting companies include ITC, Marriott, Oberoi, Taj Top roles offered include Management trainee. Half of the batch got internship.Its the best place to get trained which can help one to survive in the culinary field for a long time.

The place where you can get the best out of you with the help of the faculty. I was lost in terms of confidence in my junior college days, but found my mojo back here and am feeling so confident. I just found a new me in terms of education and personality. Previously I was never interested in studies, but the faculty here saw the inner me and always told me that I can do better than what I’m doing now. When I’m hearing those words from them I felt more confident than I never was. I had a doubt in my life that what I’ll become in the future and can I be able to look after my parents, but I found that " anything is possible in life when you’re confident and skillful." Overall what I can say is joining in this college is a life time memory for me and I can always think about these days when I feel like I’m not confident enough. The faculty here cannot be compared to anyone. They will and always guide us in every possible way at any point of time at any given day. All I can say is students who are willing to join this college can join without hesitation.
Placement: The placement cell is second to none. That’s all I can say.
Faculty: Everyone here is my favourite ones as some helped me grow in my technical aspects and some helped me to grow in confidence. But I love each and everyone of the faculty here because they all know about our interests and help us to grow in that direction . But they also teach us the importance of other aspects also.
College: I actually found about this college on internet and sat for the entrance test. I was selected and joined after two weeks. This college has the best equipment and the best faculty. The learnings here in this college remain with us forever because they helped us to grow in technical, personal aspects. The faculty here are carrying lot of knowledge and can guide us at any point of time on any given day. They help the students in all aspects. They are one of the best possible mentors anyone would have asked for. The placement cell here is second to none because we’re all being placed in many national and international hotel chains.
Exam: Here Students are tested in aspects like communication skills as well as their interest on joining this industry .

Faculty: All the faculties are really good, which never denies to share their knowledge.
College: The college has nothing fancy like many other colleges, which make Culinary Academy of India a unique and more successful culinary institute because it Mainly focuses on Student’s Profesional Development and Knowledge. It was the 8th best ranked Culinary Institute across the globe according to asian Correspondent, that’s the reason i chose Culinary Academy of India. It gives your thorough Culinary Knowledge through theory and practical Practices as well by giving us opportunities in working Five start properties for ODC’s.
Exam: College’s Entrance exam consisted of firstly with written examination of basic English, maths, logical reasonings amd general knowledge.
After that Group Discussion round and in last Personal Interview with the principal

An Academy like none other, which excels in guiding and moulding an individual into his best version, both personally and professionally.
Placement: All the top Hotel chains come to CAI for recruitment, as well as cruises. A lot of opportunities unfold right here in this college and through the Academy’s help and support, the result is always very satisfying!
Faculty: All of the staff members are very well trained, professional and very knowledgeable about their particular subjects. The quality of education that is delivered by the staff here is not compromised upon. All the chef instructors also help as personal and professional mentors, which is a blessing to have during tough times. The Principal (Chef Sudhakar N Rao), Head Of Department (Chef Akshay Kulkarni) and Chef Attique are the most senior chef instructors and are very well experienced as well as extremely great teachers! Overall, this academy and the senior staff has put together the best instructors that any college could only dream of!
College: Culinary Academy of India, is without a doubt, the best culinary college in all of India. *stating the obvious* I’m a final year student at the time and my journey all the way, has been a memorable one. Speaking about the pros and cons, the pros to this college are innumerable, given it’s leading status in the culinary field and the cons also do work as pros, as the academy will guide you through the toughest of times that come forth. At the end of the day, it’s all about perspective..and that’s another factor what this college excels in. Broadening your perspective, finding solutions to problems and all in all, make you a much better version of yourself. 3 years down the line, if an individual is fortunate enough to be a part of CAI, he/she will see them becoming someone they wished to be. And if you are one of us, who wish to be become an excellent chef in the coming years, look no further. This is the place to be.
Exam: The admission procedure is quite straight forward.
A minimum of 60% aggregate in your 12th examinations is a must.
Fill up the admission form with a couple of documents submission and submit it to the college through a hard or soft copy.
A series of Written test, Group discussion and Personal interview will take place, if you are eligible and shortlisted to appear for this stage. Then, based on various aspects, students will be selected for the new batch and the academic year will commence soon.
Note:-Any queries will be resolved by just reaching out to the academy via call or mail. The staff is very helpful and responsive.
