Central University of Karnataka (CUK) courses and fees 2024: Karnataka Central University offers 15 Undergraduate, 28 Postgraduate, and 29 specializations in Ph.D. programs. CUK courses are offered in various disciplines including Arts, Social Work, Management, Commerce, Science and Technology, and Performing Arts among others. The course admission to the university is based on the qualifying scores in the entrance exams.

CUK offers various exit options during the course as per NEP (New Education Policy) 2020.

  • Students can exit with a certificate upon successfully completing the required credits at the end of the first year.  
  • Students can exit with a diploma upon successfully completing the required credits at the end of the second year.  
  • Students can exit with a Bachelor’s degree upon successfully completing the required credits at the end of the third year.  
  • Students can get a Bachelor’s degree with honors or by research* upon successfully completing the required credits at the end of the fourth year.  

*Students will be allowed to take up bachelor by research in the fourth year based on the minimum criteria per the UGC/University rules.

It is one of the 16 new Central Universities established by the Government of India during the UGC 11th Plan Period and it was established in the year 2009 and it is in Gulbarga and I have given the entrance examination of the University for the admissions which was CUCET and the subject of mine was Clinical Counselling and Psychology. In the year 2018, I have passed out and the fee of the course is based on the score of Entrance examination in my case it was nominal.
