BMS College of Engineering, which is an abbreviation of Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah Institution of Engineering (BMSCE), is a private Technical and one of the oldest institutes in India. Founded by Sri B M Sreenivasaiah in the year 1946, this institute has given thousands of brilliant and innovative minds to the planet.
The BMS College of Engineering provides courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Along with the Ph.D., the institute also provides its students with an M.Sc. (Engineering by Research) program.
There are 14 departments at the institute that have been designated as Research Centers. Admission to these programs at BMS College of Engineering is based on several state- and national-level entrance tests held each year.
