Bengal Institute of Business Studies, commonly referred to as BIBS, offers two programs i.e. MBA+PGP. MBA+PGP program is offered under various specializations. The institute accepts both online and offline mode of application. candidates seeking admission to Bengali Institute of Business Studies must visit its official website and register themselves. The application form is to be filled by providing correct academic and personal details.
The curriculum of the institute is designed in such a way that it helps students to attain experience in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management. The students are trained to implement their ideas and experiences in real life scenarios.
Candidates willing to pursue their career in the field of management with Bengal Institute of Business Studies must ensure that they fulfill the minimum educational qualification defined by the institute.
Minimum Educational Qualification

Admission to MBA at Bengal Institute of Business Studies
Bengal Institute of Business Studies Courses basically include programs at the postgraduate level. The institute offers MBA+PGP (Postgraduate program) program in the field of Business Management, International Business Management, and Financial Management. Thus, offering candidates three different fields to choose from.
- Candidates seeking admission to MBA+PGP must hold a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
- For admission, the candidates must qualify CAT/MAT/XAT or BIBSAT entrance examinations. The candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in these entrance examinations.
- BIBSAT is the entrance examination conducted by the university.
- Final admission is done based on the candidates' performance in the entrance examinations followed by personal interview round.
- Candidates appearing in final year with a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/BIBSAT can also apply for admission to the program.
- Eligible candidates should also hold managerial/executive/supervisory work experience in industry/educational industry.
Some key points worth considering:
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories are given 5% marks relaxation.
- Candidates appearing in the final year are also eligible to apply for admission.
- The institute accepts the same procedure of admission for each program.
- Candidates who hold a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT examinations are required to submit their work experience as well.
- Candidates without a valid score in CAT/XAT/MAT must qualify BIBSAT examination conducted by the institute.
Application procedure of Bengal Institute of Business Science
Since the conducting bodies of different entrance examinations vary, the candidates are supposed to register themselves for the various entrance examinations by visiting the official websites of the respective bodies.
- Candidates seeking admission to Bengal Institute of Business Science must download the application form from the online portal of the institute.
- The application form is to be filled correctly as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of the candidature.
- Choice of the course and its relevant field must be precisely chosen while filling the application form.
- Candidates applying through the offline mode of application must fill the form and send the application form along with the demand draft. Candidates must attach the required documents along with the application form.
- The demand draft should be drawn in favor of “Bengal Institute of Business Science” payable at Kolkata.
- The application fee for the candidates making payment in cash would be INR 600 and INR 700 is to be paid as application fee through demand draft.
- The duly filled application form is to be sent to Bengal Institute of Business Science, 18 D, Lake view road, Kolkata- 700029.

My reviews for BIBS 5/5
I was shy, but constant motivation and pressure of performance and immense competition in a class by faculty and mentors helped me to gain a lot of confidence and communication skills. BIBS has given us many opportunities to improve our skill. Good placement, qualified faculties, infrastructure is a negative point. The infrastructure is not that up to the mark. This is the only drawback of the college. The campus is quite small. Some of the faculty members the really good. They will give their 100% to teach the students. All of them are highly educated and super experienced. The course curriculum is quite vast.

Every year Vidyasagar University to whom this college is affiliated conducts the University entrance examination which I have given and on the basis of that, I have got admission here. I think this the place where you will be transformed from a simple graduate to a more responsible corporate leader by some well planed psychological system .
