    Admission Procedure

    Candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of NEET will be called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) and interview conducted by AFMC. The admission procedure will be held in the month of June 2018. A final score will be prepared on the basis of written ToELR+ NEET+ Interview marks.

    Eligibility
    • Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the compulsory subject.
    • Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects.
    • Candidate must have passed 10th with Mathematics as one of the subjects.


    Other Necessary Eligibility Criteria

    • A candidate should be a citizen of India or be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan or any other foreign country with the intention of permanently settling in India.
    • Must be unmarried. Marrying during the course is not permitted.
    • Should be medically fit as per prescribed standards by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence
    • Must have attained the age of 17yrs on 31st Dec of the year of application, but must not have attained the age of 22 years on that date(Not more than 24 years in case of candidates who have passed or are appearing in final B Sc examinations).

    Graduation (10+2+3 years duration) in any subject with mathematics as one subject from any recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates), without any approximation in the Graduate Examination.

    Admission Procedure
    • Candidates have to appear for a written objective type of examination will be conducted in February/ March every year, at certain selected centres (Published from time to time.)
    •  Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at selected centres in the month of April/May each year.
    • Candidates must be declared medically fit. The fitness will be determined by a Medical Board of Military Medical Officers.
    • Selected candidates will be required to execute a bond of agreement to serve in the Military Nursing Service for a minimum period of 5 yrs as permanent commissioned officers, on successful completion of the course.
    Eligibility
    • Candidate must have passed 10 class (Matriculation or its equivalent with three years Diploma in General).
    • Candidate must have experience in nursing midwifery with a minimum of five years experience in the profession.
    • Candidate must have passed 10+2 with three years Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery with minimum two years experience in the profession.
    • The candidate must be an Indian National (age- 17 to 25 yrs)
