Vidyadhan Gujarat Class 11 and 12 Scholarship Program 2025 is an initiative supporting economically disadvantaged students in Gujarat. Vidyadhan enables meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds to pursue higher secondary school education in Gujarat. This is financial support to the selected students of Class 10 with annual scholarship of ₹10,000 per annum. This Vidyadhan Program was established by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation in 1999 by SD Shibulal (the Co-founder and former CEO of Infosys) and Kumari Shibulal. The Sarojini Damodaran Foundation aims to empower youth through education and change lives through long-term educational support.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify as a candidate for Vidyadhan Gujarat Class 11 and 12 Scholarship Program 2025, a candidate must meet the following eligibility conditions. These conditions are intended to guarantee that the scholarship is targeted to deserving students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds who show excellent academic merit.
Must be a resident of the State of Gujarat.
- Must have completed the Class 10/SSLC examination in 2025 from a recognized school/institution of Gujarat.
- Must have secured -
- 80% marks or 8 CGPA in Class 10/SSLC examination
- Note: In the case of students with disabilities the interim required score is to be 70%.
- Must have family income from all sources must be less than ₹2,00,000.

The Vidyadhan Gujarat Class 11 and 12 Scholarship Program 2025 aims to provide financial support to enable bright students to pursue further education without financial hindrances. Selected students will receive monetary support to continue education with additional academic support later in the year to ensure their success.

Documents Needed
Candidates must upload usable and verifiable documents to process their scholarship application. The documents are used to assess the eligibility status and financial position of the student.
The list of documents required to be uploaded are as follows :
- A recent passport size photo of the candidate.
- Scanned copy of the Class 10 marksheet.
- Scanned copy of the income certificate produced by a competent authority of the government.
- Candidates must ensure that all documents are clear to read and in the formats required (PDF, JPEG, PNG or other that may be required by application portal).

Eligible students can apply for Vidyadhan Gujarat Class 11 and 12 Scholarship Programme 2025 on the Vidyadhan website. All applications will be processed online so that applications could be registered and documents submitted.

Step 1: Click the Apply Now button on the Vidyadhan website.
Step 2: Click to register and fill in the required details.
Step 3: If the applicant has completed Step 2, he/she must now scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply Now for the application programme again.
Step 4: Complete the registration and confirm it from your inbox email sent by Vidyadhan.
Step 5: Login the registered email id and password.
Step 6: In your Vidyadhan account, click the Help link for extensive instruction on how to apply.
Step 7: Click the Application button to create a new application form.
Step 8: Fill out all required fields,upload all required documents and submit applications.

When - Important Dates
- Application Start Date: The application is already open on the Vidyadhan official web portal.
- Application End Date: No applications will be accepted after 10th July 2025.
- Notice of Shortlist: Notification will be sent by email, if shortlisted (date to be determined).
- Online Test / Online Interview Schedule: Individual communication will be sent to shortlisted applicants.
- Notice of Final Selection: Results will be posted on the Vidyadhan website and sent by email.
Selection Criteria
The method of selection seeks to ensure that individuals who are deserving, meritocratic, in addition to having a financial need, are evaluated based on the application process carried out by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF). Upon review, the committee will evaluate the candidates based on academic and other personal details as outlined in the application process.
The key selection criteria are:
- The main basis of the shortlisting process will come down to the academic performance of the candidates in Class 10 / SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate).
- The information supplied by the candidates is accurate and complete within the application form.
- Candidates to ensure the supporting documents provided will enable the SDF to carry out its own checks on income and academic proof which needs to be valid and clear,
- Performance on the online test / interview to assist the SDF in evaluating commitment, communication skills, and idea of future direction,
- Final selection will be based on academic merit and financial need as verified, confirmed by the foundation.
