UPSC Results 2023 Are Out!
The UPSC final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023 are announced. Candidates who participated in the personality test can now view their UPSC results on upsc.gov.in. With 1,105 positions available, the selection process was demanding and not easy at all, commencing with the preliminary examination held on May 28, 2023. The final merit list, based on the aggregate scores, will decide candidates' rankings and preferred services.
The Union Public Service Commission, also known as UPSC has revealed the eagerly awaited final results of the CSE or Civil Services Examination 2023.
The recruitment drive for the year 2023 aimed to fill 1,105 positions across different government departments, featuring a demanding selection process. Candidates who passed the preliminary exam held on May 28, 2023, progressed to the UPSC mains exam conducted in September 2023. Only those who succeeded in the UPSC mains were invited for the personality test or interview, conducted between January 2 and April 9, 2024, encompassing a total of 1026 candidates.
The UPSC CSE final results will determine the candidates joining esteemed positions such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), and other central services. In recent years, there has been a notable increase in the number of female candidates qualifying and achieving top ranks in the CSE. The UPSC results 2022 saw women dominate the top positions in the UPSC CSE exam.
