The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Hyderabad has released the TS POLYCET phase 1 counselling schedule with important timelines for students seeking admission to Polytechnics in Telangana. The online registration, payment of the processing fee, and slot booking will take place from June 24 to June 28, 2025.
Students have to book the slot in this time frame to undergo the certificate verification between June 26 and June 29. After that, students will exercise their web options and freeze them between June 26 and July 1. The last date for freezing options is July 1 and the provisional allotment of seats will be published on July 4.
After provisional allotment, candidates have to pay the requisite fees and do online self-reporting between July 4 and July 6. After completing self-reporting, students are required to report to the allotted colleges. How to Register for TS POLYCET Counselling?
- Visit the official counselling website: tgpolycetd.nic.in
- Click on link to “Registration / Payment of Processing Fee”
- Fill in the Hall Ticket Number, ICR form number and DOB
- Fill in other details such as Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Email ID, certificate numbers (if any)
- Pay the processing fee online (₹600 for OC/BC, ₹300 for SC/ST categories)
- After successful payment, you will proceed to slot booking for verification of your documents.
- You must select the Help Line Centre you prefer and the date and time for verification of documents.
- You must attend the verification of documents at your assigned help line centre with your original documents and photocopies.
- Once the verification is confirmed, you should log in to the portal to fill your web options (preference of course and college).
- You then must freeze the web option before the deadline.
- Wait for the result which will be declared on the given date to see if a seat has been given.
- If a seat is given, you must pay the admission fee and do self reporting online.
- Finally, you must report to the assigned college to complete the admission.

The last date to register for TS POLYCET 2025 Phase 1 counselling registration is June 28, 2025. All qualified candidates need to register online through its official website and pay the TS POLYCET registration fee to conclude the process.
