The TS ICET result has been declared by the authorities on July 8, 2025 and the counselling for the same is expected to begin in August 2025. Students will be required to apply online for TS ICET counselling 2025 through its official website (icet.tgche.ac.in). The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) is responsible to successfully conduct the TGICET counselling for MBA and MCA admissions across the state. The counselling of TS ICET is held in two phases and the spot round takes place after both of these phases are concluded.

TS ICET Counselling Process 2025
Students can refer to the following to get a comprehensive TS ICET 2025 counselling process.
1. Counseling Registration
To begin with, candidates should go to the official counseling website and complete registration by entering their TS ICET 2025 hall ticket number, rank, etc. More importantly, at this time the candidate must also pay a counseling processing fee.
2. Certificate Verification Slot Booking
Following registration, candidates are required to reserve a physical certificate verification slot at their local Help Line Centre (HLC). This is a mandatory process to complete while also allowing candidates to select a date and time of their choosing.
3. Certificate Verification at Help Line Centre
On the date reserved, candidates are to report to the designated center along with all original documents and photocopies. Officials will check academic, category, income, and identity documents to determine eligibility for seat allotment.

4. Web Options Entry
Once documents are validated and verified, candidates will log into the website for the option entry to choose colleges and courses in order of preference and with enough care because seats will be allocated based on this preference.
5. Freezing of Options
After candidates fill out the web options, they can modify their blocks of choices until the last day. Once satisfied, they will be able to "freeze" their options and their choices should be considered final for seat allotment purposes.
6. Seat Allotment Result
The allocated seat is based on the candidates' ICET rank and reservation category, as well as the choices of college indicated by the candidates. The seat allotment result will be put online and candidates will be able to download the allotment order from the website.
7. Payment of Tuition Fees
Selected candidates will have to make an online payment of the tuition fee to confirm their seat offer. The fees vary depending on the institution allocated to the candidates, and the amounts should be paid prior to reporting to the college.
8. Reporting to the Assigned College
Candidates will need to report to the institute they were allotted once they made payment of the fees, and they must do so before the expiration of the stipulated time allocated in the seat allotment process. Candidates should take their original documents and allotment order to the Institute for the finalization of the admissions formalities.
TS ICET Spot Counselling 2025
Candidates who were not allotted any seat/college during the first two phases or TS ICET Counselling, will have a chance to gain admission through spot round. TS ICET spot round counselling is conducted to fill the vacant seats in MBA and MCA programs offered by reputed institutes in the state of Telangana.
Students must note that the TS ICET spot round counselling is not a centralized process, individual institutes are responsible to conduct spot round counselling for available vacancies. Students are required to bring all the required documents to the counselling without failing to pursue admission to their desired management institute in Telangana.
