- Must have passed Class 12 board exams within the Ludhiana district with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Must be a citizen and resident of India.
- Family income (including guardian's income, in case of orphan) from all sources cannot exceed INR 5 Lakh per annum.
- Must be enrolled as a first year student in an eligible Commerce, Engineering or Medical bachelor's or integrated master's program for 3-5 years.
- Eligible courses include BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, B.E. (any stream), B.Sc. (Engineering, BCA), B.Arch, MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Sc. (Nursing) and B.Sc. (Paramedics).
- Must be studying in selected colleges/universities in Ludhiana district (list enclosed).
- Preference shall be given to girls, athletes (State, National or International level) and Persons with Disabilities, orphans and children of single-parent families.
- After receiving the scholarship, the student needs to maintain 75% attendance, good conduct and 6 GPA (or 60% marks).
