- Online Registration for JEECUP 2025 Counselling
Candidates will primarily be required to register themselves through the official website of the JEECUP using their valid credentials. Students are advised to save the application submission page for future reference.
- JEECUP 2025 Choice Filling and Locking
After successful registration, candidates can fill their choices of the preferred polytechnic institutions and Diploma courses in accordance with the JEECUP rank. Candidates must fill and lock the same choices before the time limit to be eligible for seat allotment in JEECUP 2025.
- JEECUP Seat Allotment Result
JEECUP seat allotment result 2025 is published every round on the basis of candidates' preferences, rank, and reservations categories, along with the available seats. Candidates can check the allotted course and institution through the official site.
- Seat Acceptance and Fee Payment
To confirm the seat allocated, the applicants have to pay the JEECUP seat acceptance fee, online, before accepting it. This step is essential to participate in the upcoming rounds or to reserve admission in the specific diploma program.
- Document Verification at Help Centres
Upon document verification, applicants will have to select their location before going to a JEECUP document verification centre with the required documents. Document verification allows us to govern eligibility and legitimacy before finalizing the polytechnic admission in UP.
- Freezing, Floating, or Withdrawing Options

- Institute Reporting and Final Admission
Once the seat allotment has been confirmed candidates should report to their polytechnic college of choice to finalize their admission. Report to college to pay any balance fees and produce any required documents so that classes can commence.
