What Documents are Required for Application?
Here's what you need to submit:
- A filled-out and signed application form
- A color photo in JPEG format, no bigger than 100 KB
- Proof that you've been admitted, in PDF format, with a maximum size of 1 MB
- A copy of your Class 12 marksheet in PDF format, also no bigger than 1 MB
- Proof of your family's annual income in PDF format, up to 1 MB:
- If your parents are salaried: a copy of Form 16 or a Salary Certificate (from either Government or Private Sector)
- If not: a copy of your Income Tax Return or a certificate from a Tahsildar, Councillor, etc.
