Other qualifying conditions for the post-matric plan for SC and OBC students under Dr. Ambedkar Scholarship 2024 are as follows:
SC students should have an annual household income of no more than INR 2,50,000.
Applicants must be SC members and Indian nationals.
Students who change their course of study after completing one or more levels of education are not eligible to apply for the Dr. Ambedkar scholarship.
Applicants attending postgraduate medical education are eligible for the Dr Ambedkar scholarship 2024, provided they do not practice medicine.

The student should have completed class 10 and be enrolled in a post-matric or post-secondary course at a recognised institution.
