  • Hydrate and Rest:

Whatever you call it, having a mind that is rested performs more efficiently than a tired mind. Aim for at least 7–8 hours of sleep the night prior to the exam to be most awake. Drink plenty of water, and stay awake and alert.

  • Don't Cramp at the Last Minute:

On exam day, think about revising what you already know, or practicing mental states of relaxation instead of trying to stuff anything new in your head, and create stress.

  • Plan Travel:

Know where you are travelling for the exam ahead of time. Be sure to purchase tickets in advance if you are taking public transport. If you booked a vehicle that you are being transported in privately, make sure the driver knows where to go. Plan buffer time for possible delays.
