Admission Procedure
Every year in the month of May, the University conducts the all India level Pre Medical Entrance Examination (PMEE). A merit list is prepared based on this examination. The candidates are called for counseling in the month of June/July.
Minimum Eligibility
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 i.e. ISC/Intermediate examination or it’s equivalent, after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of such study, comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English from a recognized board/ university and the candidate must have passed in all the subjects. The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 60% (for SC/ST/OBC candidates 50%) marks in aggregate taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and atleast 50% (for SC/ST/OBC candidates 40%) marks separately in each of the above subjects in the qualifying examination.
