About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Ensure timely replenishment and availability of Staples, FMCG, and top-selling SKUs
2. Drive availability improvements for the top 90% SKUs across categories and stores
3. Follow up with suppliers and vendors at the purchase-order level for DC and DSD supplies
4. Coordinate with planning, category, and MDM teams to ensure purchase orders are in place and resolve PO-related issues such as cost or rate discrepancies
5. Track fill rates of supplies and analyze root causes of low or poor fill rates, including payment delays, vendor stock shortages, and planning gaps
