Admission Procedure
Management Quota: Candidates will be shortlisted for GD/PI on above described eligibility Candidates with no history of arrears, consistent academic record, work experience (if any) along with valid admission test scores as prescribed in the eligibility criteria will be given priority for GD/PI Several rounds of GD/PI will be held starting from December 2016 for admission to 2017 Batch. Please apply at the earliest to participate in GD/PI process. Do not wait for the last date for sending completed application. The institution reserves the right to call for GD/PI in those cases where there are one or two history of arrears. Calls will be based on academic review GD/PI process consists of written ability test, group discussion, and a personal interview Candidates qualified in the process will be granted admission Government Quota: As per the admission process set by DOTE/ Anna University
Minimum Eligibility
Management Quota: Candidate must have passed under-graduation (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or any other format) from the institute recognized by Anna University, Chennai and Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. Only full-time undergraduate program students are eligible to apply. Must have consistent marks of 60% in 10th, 12th, and under-graduation. Candidates with no history of arrears are given preference for GD/PI process. Candidates with up to two history of arrears can apply. However the invitation for GD/PI is at the sole discretion of the institution. Candidates with more than two history of arrears can write to mba.admissions@ssn.edu.in to get their academic credentials verified and seek advisory on their application process before initiating the online application. The institution reserves the right to allow or not allow application in such cases based on the past academic credentials. Weightage will be given to candidates with work experience of 12 months and above. Candidate must have valid score in CAT/XAT/(60 percentile and above)/ MAT/CMAT/ATMA (80 percentile and above) /TANCET (normalized cutoff score to be mentioned after TANCET 2017 results)/ top 20 percentile in Other state level MBA entrance tests Government Quota: Candidate must have passed under-graduation from a recognized university Candidate must appear in TANCET MBA and follow the admission process laid down by DOTE/ Anna University
