Admission Details

Admission Procedure

First year

85% seats of total intake of all branches are allotted according to the merit list of UPSEE / AIEEE as per State Government directives through online counseling.

15% seats of total intake & Vacant / Lapsed seats in all branches are filled through SRMS Engineering Entrance Test (SRMS EET – 2017), the online test to be held on May 19, 2017

Second year

Candidates who have passed Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) recognised by UP Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology except Agriculture Engg. or B.Sc. (PCM) with 60% marks are eligible for admission to second year. Applicant must have appeared in UPSEE

Minimum Eligibility

  1. Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
  2. Must have a valid rank in UPSEE/JEE-Mains/AIEEE.
  3. Admission under management quota will be made through SRMS EET-2017 where in the candidates having 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at 10+2 level without any grace marks in any of the subjects are eligible to appear.
  4. Candidates who are appearing in 10+2 examination in 2017 are also eligible for SRMS EET-2017. At the time of admission, candidates must produce the mark sheet of 10+2 or equivalent, satisfying the criteria mentioned in point number 3.
