Minimum Educational Qualification
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Sc. Must have passed senior secondary school with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- For admission to MBBS, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- For admission to M. Sc., Integrated M. Sc with Ph.D., and Integrated MD/MS with Ph.D., the candidates must hold MBBS degree in the relevant field from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India.
- For admission to MD and MS, the candidates must possess an MBBS degree securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India.
- Candidates seeking admission to Ph.D. must possess a master’s degree from a recognized university.
- For admission to D. Sc., the candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. from a recognized institute.
Admission to B. Sc. and MBBS at Saveetha Medical College
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Sc. are shortlisted based on merit list followed by counseling and personal interview round conducted at the college.
- For admission to MBBS, the candidates are required to qualify NEET-UG entrance examination followed by counseling process conducted at the college
Admission to M. Sc, MD/MS, Integrated M. Sc with Ph.D., and Integrated MD/MS with Ph.D. at Saveetha Medical College
- For admission to M. Sc, the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the last qualifying examination. The final admission is given based on merit followed by the personal interview round.
- For admission to MD and MS, the candidates must hold a valid score in NEET-PG examination.
- For admission to Integrated M. Sc with Ph.D., the candidates are shortlisted based on merit followed by personal interview round conducted at the college campus.
- For admission to integrated MD/MS with Ph.D., the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in NEET-PG examination.
Admission to Ph.D. and D. Sc at Saveetha Medical College
- For admission to Ph.D., the candidates must qualify the entrance examination conducted by the college. Final selection is done based on their performance in the entrance test followed by a personal interview round.
- For admission to D. Sc, the candidates are shortlisted based on their interactive sessions held at the college campus.
