NSHM Knowledge Campus offers programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The programs are offered under various specializations. Candidates are free to choose the field they are willing to pursue their career in. The admission procedure of NSHM Knowledge Campus consists of filling the application form by visiting the official website of the college and qualifying the entrance examination for respective courses.
The candidates seeking admission to NSHM Knowledge Campus must ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria defined by the college.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
For Undergraduate programs
- For admission to B. Sc, the candidates are required to have passed senior secondary school in the relevant field from a recognized board.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech must have passed senior secondary school in science stream from a recognized board.
- For admission to BBA, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school in the relevant field. The candidates must have studied English as the main subject.
- For BCA, the candidates must have qualified senior secondary school with Mathematics/Statistics/Business Mathematics/Computer Science as one of the main subjects.
- For admission to BTTM and BHM, the candidates are required to pass senior secondary school from a recognized board.
- For BHMCT, the candidates must pass senior secondary school from a recognized university securing at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in aggregate.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Optom must have completed 10+2 with PCB/M while, for B. Pharm the candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCB.
For Postgraduate programs
- Candidates seeking admission to M. Sc must possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
- Graduation from any stream is the basic requirement while seeking admission to MPH, MHA, and MTTM.
- For M. Optom, the candidates must hold B. Optom degree from a recognized university.
- For MBA, the candidates are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- For admission to PGDM, the candidates must have graduated securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and 60% marks in aggregate in class 10th/12th.
- Any B. Tech/BE/BCA would also be eligible for admission.
- For admission to M. Pharm, the candidates must hold a B. Pharm degree from a recognized university.
Admission to B. Sc, B. Tech, BBA, BCA, BHM, BHMCT, BTTM, B. Pharm, and B. Optom at NSHM Knowledge Campus
NSHM Knowledge Campus Courses include programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The programs are offered under several specializations and the admission procedure to each program varies.
- For B. Sc, BBA, BCA, and BTTM, admission is purely merit-based and the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the last qualifying examination.
- Candidates seeking admission to BHM and BHMCT are required to hold a valid score in JEHOM entrance examination which is conducted by WBJEEB.
- Admission to B. Pharm is entirely based upon the merit list. The candidates are shortlisted based on the merit of last qualifying examination.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Pharm must hold a valid score in WBJEE examination conducted at the state level.
Admission to M. Sc, MPH, MHA, MTTM, M. Optom, MBA, PGDM, and M. Pharm at NSHM Knowledge Campus
- For admission to M. Sc, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit list. The candidates must have a valid score in the last qualifying examination in order to be eligible for admission.
- Candidates seeking admission to MPH and MHA must qualify MAT or WBJEMAT examinations.
- For admission to MTTM and M. Optom, the candidates must hold a valid score in the last qualifying examination as the admission is merit-based.
- For admission to MBA, the candidates must hold a valid score in MAT or WBJEMAT.
- For admission to PGDM, the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in MAT/CAT/XAT or WBJEMAT.
- Candidates seeking admission to M. Pharm must hold a valid score in GPAT or NSHM entrance examination.
Application Procedure of NSHM Knowledge Campus
NSHM Knowledge Campus follows the online mode of application. Following are the basic steps need to be completed for admission:
- Candidates must visit the official website of the college in order to register themselves.
- After the registration is done, the must fill the application form available there.
- While filling the application form, the candidates must ensure that they fill in the correct details as any incorrect detail may lead to cancellation of the candidature.
- Upload the scanned passport sized photograph and signature.
- Submit the application form and must take the print out of duly filled application form for future references.

A lot of room for improvement 4/5
The faculty are hardworking and they really want to do something -- but the infrastructure hinders them. I don’t know about the infrastructure of other departments like BCA or pharmacy but in BMAG -- multimedia, animation, and graphic design -- there’s a serious lack of powerful computers. For the first year, we have 2GB RAM, Windows-XP running, Celeron-processor based old computers that open software like Flash and Illustrator in 10 minutes. Further on, we have a Mac lab for video editing, 3D modelling, etc. classes but those classes are very few. In all, know that you’re going to need a powerful machine and self-interest if you seek to achieve something from this college.

NSHM is a good college in Kolkata for the course of Media, Design and Fashion. There are additional courses as well which are too good. Best faculty, most of them are from industry. Facilities like Mac labs for editing and design, library, Stitching labs, Regular Workshops, a Community Radio, Campus Newspaper, Shoot Floor, AV Room, Canteen and many more.

This is the best college in the city which is known for Its academic Structure and I have selected Finance as the stream of My MBA. The annual fee for the course is Approx 2.5 Lac PA means Rs 5 Lac fro whole 2 years course.

There are very less college who can score the not good but the excellent feedback from the students and my college is one of those and I am also happy that I am an alumnus of this college and the 3 years course fee is Rs 3 Lacs and if talk about the sports the there are only indoor games
