Kumaraguru College of Technology] (KCT). Coimbatore is an autonomous institution affiliated to Anna University. The college offers 13 undergraduate programs (B.E and B. Tech) and 14 postgraduate programs (M. E, M. Tech, MCA and MBA. Moreover, the College additionally offers Ph.D. in 7 streams.

Admission to UG courses requires a go in 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM followed by counseling i.e. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

PG courses admissions are done based on performance in Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) controlled by Anna University.

TNEA candidates must need to apply online and after that applicant is admitted to the college as per the merit list discharged by the government.

Follow the given steps in order to apply for B.E, M.E, MBA and MCA courses offered by the college:
  1. TNEA Application process is begun in the first week of May. The mode of application is online. Candidates can register themselves on the website itself.
  2. After enlistment candidates need to give the personal data like name, address, DOB, telephone number etc.
  3. Application charge of INR 500 can be paid through online mode.
  4. After submission of the form, candidates need to take the printout of the form and send it either in person or by post along with other required documents.

Documents required to be sent along with the application form:

mark sheet of the tenth and twelfth class. 
 
Transfer certificate of the applicant issued by the school. 
 
Class 12th admit card.
 
Demand Draft, if applicable. 
 
Nativity certificate, if relevant.
 
Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee Certificate, if applicable.
