Admission Procedure
Admission Procedure for B.tech in KGEC-
- The candidate must appear for WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination).
- General Merit List will be prepared based on the scores of the examination while seperate merit position will be indicated for the resreved categories.
- Counselling/allotment of seats/ amission will be done on the basis of the rank scored.
WBJEE Details-
It is a common entrance examination in offline mode.
It consists of two papers-
Paper I- Mathematics
Paper II- Physics nad chemistry combined
Each paper has a time duration of 2 hours and are taken on the same day.
Minimum Eligibility
Candidate must have passed 10+2 examinations with a minimum of 45% (40% in case of SC/ST/PwD) in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as compulsary subjects .
