JIMS Kalkaji commenced its establishment in 1997. It offers management programs, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) & PGDM in International Business (IB). Admission in the courses is based on CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA score followed by group discussion and personal interviews.
Steps to Apply for Admission to College
The admission process of the college is conducted in online mode. Interested candidates seeking admission to any of the programs offered by the college must register themselves.
Below mentioned are the steps that one must follow for admission:
Step 1 – Visit the website of CollegeSearch i.e. https://www.collegesearch.in/.
Step 2 – Click on ‘Colleges’ and type college’s name in the search bar.
Step 3 – The college profile appears after clicking on ‘JIMS Kalkaji’.
Step 4 – Navigate to and click on the ‘Request to Apply’ tab available on the top left of the page.
Step 5 – It will redirect you to the page where the registration procedure takes place.
Step 6 – Enter your details such as Name, Mobile no., Email id, and the course.
Step 7 – Submit the score obtained in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA along with the application form.
Step 8 – Once the application form is submitted, students who have been shortlisted will be called for group discussion and personal interview.
Note* Make sure that the details mentioned by you in the application form are correct as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of your candidature.

Desired applicants have to pass through a three stage system of screening which includes Written Test (MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 50% marks in graduation in any discipline is the one of the basic requirements. Also least score of the MAT/ATMA/XAT – 450 Composite Score or equivalent /CAT – 50 Percentile also matters. In group discussion team work and responsibility taking aspect of the student is seen. While in Personal Interview personality traits of the students are examined.

JIMS VKis affiliated by IP University ranks 3rd in BBA, ranks 1st for BCA as well as BJMC. Starting with the professors, the teachers lectures and all the Academic Staff is very helpful, highly knowledgeable and always ready to help the students. Most of the teachers are PhD holders and very much experienced in their respective fields. The way of teaching is very simple and thorough. Even the non teaching staff such as Management, Administration and accounts people there very cooperative and very helpful with the students. The library is big enough with all the required course related books magazines and newspapers. My college hello special Book bank facility in which for a certain amount of money paid initially you get books for every semester you Study can you return the book in the next semester and you get new books which is very impressive feature. There are in total 5 computer labs One Radio Station 1 Auditorium and a college Social Club named jims Rotaract Club which is very active. All the classrooms Auditorium are fully air conditioned with dark Windows curtains and projector LED smart boards. The washrooms the drinking water is maintained very well and kept clean always. There’s a dedicated canteen Space at the back of the building, food is of average cost, but of good quality and quantity with lot of varieties. The infrastructure of the building is very well maintained and kept clean. Also my college is very active in extra curricular activities such as sports events, zest and Dandiya, college annual fest, farewell party, freshers party and a lot of seminars and industrial visits. All in all the college provides a lot of external exposure which is as equally important as the academic part.

The applicants have to pass three stage system of screening which includes written test, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. After clearing the entrance test the applicant have to fill an application form on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash or through online mode by debit card/credit card/net banking. The factors that made me choose this institute is that JIMS is obviously one of the Top 3 college for MBA/PGDM in Delhi, and a lot of companies comes for the placement process as already told by my friends and what i have had searched also before admission.

Our college gives us a good corporate exposure. It promotes personal development along with academic development.It has all the necessary infrastructure,facilities and equipments. It has a very good location the metro station is at a walking distance which make it easier to commute to college on a daily basis.The faculty members are very knowledgeable and supportive they are a good guide for the students.Our college is also well disciplined.The admission procedure is online through the main guru gobind singh indraprastha university website which makes the procedure easy and hassle free.
