Deepak Chaurasia

Deepak Chaurasia (born 1968) is an Indian journalist and Hindi-language news anchor for India News. He received his diploma in journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.After his education, Deepak cofounded Aaj Tak. In 2003 he joined DD News as a consulting editor.He returned to Aaj Tak in July 2004. Aaj Tak is a leading Hindi current affairs channel from the TV Today Network. He later joined STAR News which became ABP News. Deepak joined India News in the capacity of editor-in-chief in January 2013.

Neelesh Misra

Neelesh Misra (born 1973) is an Indian journalist, author, radio storyteller, Bollywood scriptwriter and a noted lyricist, poet, and photographer. He occupies a unique space on the Indian creative landscape. His last day-job was as the Deputy Executive Editor of Hindustan Times. He moved on to pursue his love for writing and creating content that connects him with more and more people by means of books, stories, songs, scripts and his voice. He is most known for his very popular radio show, Yaadon Ka Idiotbox with Neelesh Misra on BIG FM 92.7.

Nidhi Razdan

Nidhi Razdan is an Indian journalist and television personality. She is the primary anchor of NDTV 24x7 news show Left, Right & Centre. The program is normally broadcast live from a New Delhi studio every evening and covers debates and discussions on and beyond breaking news stories and headlines. Since the start of her career in 1999, Nidhi has covered a variety of news events and hosted a series of shows, often reporting live from the news scene. She has reported extensively on a wide range of key political, economic, and social stories from the Indian subcontinent. NDTV 24x7 is an English language television network that carries news and current affairs in India, owned by New Delhi Television Ltd.

Chitra Subramaniam

Chitra Subramaniam Duella is an Indian journalist and one of India’s best known media personalities. She is famous for her investigation of the Bofors-India Howitzer deal (Bofors Scandal) which is widely believed to have contributed to the electoral defeat of former prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1989. She is the Editor-in-Chief of The News Minute - an online news website.Born in India and educated at Delhi and Stanford Universities, Chitra lives in Switzerland where she heads CSDconsulting, a marketing and business development company that promotes ethical business practices. She is listed in the Who’s Who of south Asian women.

The library of Indian Institute of Mass Communication is well stocked with over 33,968 volumes of Books and bound Journals on subjects such as broadcasting, advertising, communication, etc.
The computer lab of the institute has modern computer systems with research facilities. They are connected to high speed Broadband.
The auditorium of Indian Institute of Mass Communication covers an approximate area of 1232 Sq.m with a seating capacity of 418 persons.
IIMC has audio and video studios with modern infrastructure and equipments.
First aid and other necessary medical facilities are provided by the institute.
The cafeteria serves freshly prepared nutritious food to the students at pocket-friendly prices.
