The UGC NET 2025 June session test will be conducted by the NTA on June 27 during Shifts 1 and 2. The first shift runs from 9 am until 12 pm. The first shift will include exams in commerce, linguistics, tourism administration and management, English, politics, international relations, international studies, including defense and strategic studies, and west Asian studies, among other subjects. All exam days' admit cards were made available by the NTA on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. From June 25 to June 29, 2025, the computer-based UGC NET 2025 June session exam will be conducted for 85 courses.
Political science, comparative literature, Assamese culture, Indian culture, Buddhism, Jainism, Gandhian and peace studies, archaeology, etc., are all covered in the second shift. Social Medicine & Community Health, Anthropology, Visual Art (includes Drawing & Painting/Sculpture Graphics/Applied Art/History of Art), and Yoga. UGC NET 2025 June Session: Exam Day Instructions
Candidates can check below the exam day instructions for the June 27 exam.
- A printed copy of their NTA UGC NET admit card and a passport-sized photo—the same one that was uploaded on the online application form—must be carried by candidates.
- They also need to have one real, legitimate, and unexpired picture ID with them, like a passport, driver's license, PAN card, or Aadhaar card (with a photo).
- The instructions on the UGC NET hall ticket must be read by candidates and followed during the examination.
- To finish the registration and frisking procedures, they must get to the exam center at least two hours before to the start of the examination.
- They must not carry any restricted items that could be used for unfair practices, including stationery, communication devices, accessories, food items, ornaments, or any other materials, whether relevant or not to the UGC NET exam.
- Before the commencement of the exam, they must also read the instructions on the computer screen.
As the UGC NET exam is computer-based, rough sheets will be provided for calculations or notes. However, candidates must submit it after the exam. They can only leave the exam hall after the invigilator permits and ensure all rough sheets are returned.
