The COMEDK 2025 document verification window extended and will be closed on July 13, 2025. Following the document verification procedure, the COMEDK UGET 2025 choice filling process will start. It is recommended that candidates verify the status of their documents and follow the guidelines provided by the authorities to finish the process.
Registration for the COMEDK 2025 round 1 counseling began on June 9 and ended on June 30. The deadline for completing the registration and uploading documents was June 30. Candidates need to check the "Document Upload" tab after logging into their COMEDK application portal at www.comedk.org. Submitted, Under Review, Resubmit Required, or Approved are possible statuses. Students who receive a "Resubmit" status have until July 13 to resubmit their updated documents again.
COMEDK 2025 Document Status Details
Below mentioned are the details of document status and what is its meaning:
Document Status | What is its meaning? |
Document submitted | Your document has been received by the COMEDK and yet to be verified |
Resubmit | COMEDK has asked to re-submit a few documents. The requested documents must be submitted within 12 hours. If not submitted within the stipulated time, then the candidature will be cancelled. |
Document resubmitted | The candidate has resubmitted the document, and it is yet to be verified by the COMEDK |
Document Approved | All the documents are in order and have been verified and approved by the COMEDK. Hence, you are now eligible for counselling. |
Document Rejected | The documents submitted or rejected are not in order and hence rejected. Candidates can check their email for the reason for rejection. Such candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process |
Under Review | The document is being reviewed by the COMEDK authorities |
Supplementary approved | After supplementary/compartment candidates upload their “passed” mark cards, the documents will be verified, and if approved, the candidature’s supplementary will be approved. |
After the COMEDK UGET 2025 document verification, the next steps include choice filling, mock allotment, and final seat allotment. If a candidate fails to get their documents approved by the last date, they will be disqualified from the current round of counselling.
