Culinary Academy of India, is without a doubt, the best culinary college in all of India. *stating the obvious* I’m a final year student at the time and my journey all the way, has been a memorable one. Speaking about the pros and cons, the pros to this college are innumerable, given it’s leading status in the culinary field and the cons also do work as pros, as the academy will guide you through the toughest of times that come forth. At the end of the day, it’s all about perspective..and that’s another factor what this college excels in. Broadening your perspective, finding solutions to problems and all in all, make you a much better version of yourself. 3 years down the line, if an individual is fortunate enough to be a part of CAI, he/she will see them becoming someone they wished to be. And if you are one of us, who wish to be become an excellent chef in the coming years, look no further. This is the place to be.

Admission

Selection Procedure: The admission procedure is quite straight forward. A minimum of 60% aggregate in your 12th examinations is a must. Fill up the admission form with a couple of documents submission and submit it to the college through a hard or soft copy. A series of Written test, Group discussion and Personal interview will take place, if you are eligible and shortlisted to appear for this stage. Then, based on various aspects, students will be selected for the new batch and the academic year will commence soon. Note:-Any queries will be resolved by just reaching out to the academy via call or mail. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

My name is Prateek Bengra, i was 28 when i joined this college after i had 3 restaurants in the past.. where i didnt do well as an entrepreneur & in order to gain knowledge and skills i have joined this college and trust me guys this is by far the best colleges out there in the world not just in india.. faculties work so so hard along with students. They are the real Guru’s.. education they provide is on another Level.. crazy amount of money being spent on students..this college has the world’s best culinary library i bet on this .. education part is excellent apart from that they ll train you how to survive in this industry .. The place where you can get the best out of you with the help of the faculty. I was lost in terms of confidence in my junior college days, but found my mojo back here and am feeling so confident. I just found a new me in terms of education and personality. Previously I was never interested in studies, but the faculty here saw the inner me and always told me that I can do better than what I’m doing now. When I’m hearing those words from them I felt more confident than I never was. I had a doubt in my life that what I’ll become in the future and can I be able to look after my parents, but I found that " anything is possible in life when you’re confident and skillful." Overall what I can say is joining in this college is a life time memory for me and I can always think about these days when I feel like I’m not confident enough. The faculty here cannot be compared to anyone. They will and always guide us in every possible way at any point of time at any given day. All I can say is students who are willing to join this college can join without hesitation. 5/5

I actually found about this college on internet and sat for the entrance test. I was selected and joined after two weeks. This college has the best equipment and the best faculty. The learnings here in this college remain with us forever because they helped us to grow in technical, personal aspects. The faculty here are carrying lot of knowledge and can guide us at any point of time on any given day. They help the students in all aspects. They are one of the best possible mentors anyone would have asked for. The placement cell here is second to none because we’re all being placed in many national and international hotel chains.

Best College To Study along with Personal Development 5/5

Infrastructure of CAI is one of the best I have seen compared to other hotel management colleges. It has various restaurants for students to practice service and management, front office labs, housekeeping labs, kitchens with up to date technologies Recruiting companies include ITC, Marriott, Oberoi, Taj Top roles offered include Management trainee. Half of the batch got internship.Its the best place to get trained which can help one to survive in the culinary field for a long time.
