Job summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic telecaller to join our sales and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining Alibaba.com’s offerings, generating leads, and closing appointments for further consultation or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients (exporters, manufacturers, suppliers).
2. Explain the benefits and services of Alibaba.com and how it can help them grow their business globally.
3. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
4. Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong relationship for conversion.
5. Maintain a database of clients and update call records in CRM.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
7. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client queries.
