About the Job
As a Telecaller at TouchWell Marketing Private Limited, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for the sales team. Your computer skills will come in handy as you navigate our CRM system to update customer information and maintain accurate records. Effective communication is key in this role as you will be engaging with customers over the phone, answering their queries, and persuading them to make a purchase.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products and services.
2. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
3. Utilize computer skills to update customer information in the CRM system.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products.
5. Persuade customers to make a purchase and upsell additional products or services.
6. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company over the phone.
